One of my favorite memories of Alex was sitting under a tree by our pool on Traymore Rd. In Howell, watching he and Marc playing with figuring out how much the water might have weighed. Father and son doing their geeky engineer thing, amusing one another with yet another formula to work out... He had that look - that particular, oh-so-Alex, amused grin - that glint in his eye that just seemed to say here was another one of life’s mysteries, as playfully goofy as it was worthy of being solved...

Bon Voyage Alex,, Can't remember the answer to how many gallons of water fill a swimming pool and what it would weigh. One thing about Alex. In his quiet genious, he never made anyone around him feel less intelligent. Even if they came up with the wrong answer. God bless.

From the first time we met him years ago we could see how much he loved his family and the love his family had for him. We loved to sit and listen to he's life stories when we were together, he was a man with so many amazing stories. He's accomplishments throughout his life, many would be very envious of or could only dream of. He left hes mark on this world for sure. What a wonderful person who will be surely missed.
