Obituary of Frank Boccardi

Francesco “Frank” Boccardi, 84, of Freehold, NJ passed away peacefully and comfortably at home on January 28, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.   He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  He lived there before settling in Freehold 27 years ago.   Frank was a United States Army veteran.   

He was predeceased by his sisters Angie, Edith, Mary, Dolores, Matilda, Lucy, Suzie, Lia and his brother Patsy.  Frank is survived by his wife Catherine; daughter Ann Marie Cocito and husband James; son Michael and wife Gloria; son Paul and wife Dorian, son Joseph and wife Shannon; grandchildren Vincent and his wife Becky, Evan and his wife Arie, Nicholas, Alex, Amanda, Jonathan and Aidan;  great-grandchildren James and Frankie.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family requests that once condolences are paid, please promptly exit the building.  A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold, NJ. The Mass is Wednesday at noon.  It will be live streamed on facebook.  facebook.com/st.rosefreehold   To share photos, leave a condolence, or find directions please visit www.freemanfuneralhomes.com.

Many have asked: "What you can I do to honor Dad’s memory?" He loved children and always gave to charities that supported children and families in need.
