Obituary of Doris L. Feuer

Doris L. Feuer, 70, of Naples, FL, passed away Monday, June 10th, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in East Windsor, NJ before moving to Naples, FL 17 years ago. Doris owned and operated woman's wear shops in NJ and was a buyer for the Navy Exchange Program. Her trademark was her pleasant smile, her outstanding personality and easygoing friendly nature. She was loved by all. Doris was actively involved and on the Board of Directors for the National Federation for Jewish Women, helping generate large donations for various charities by running successful fashion shows and theatre events. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Paul Drucker and her mother and father, Sylvia (Siggy) and Abraham Borer. She is survived by her children, Amie Flanagan (partner Jim Brookes) and Lloyd (Jennifer) Drucker; grandchildren, Peter Flanagan and Jaclyn, Kyle and Matthew Drucker; her brother Larry (Ronnie) Borer; and sister, Susan (Steven) Samuel. For the last 24 years she enjoyed the love and companionship of her husband, Paul Feuer. A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate her life at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan, NJ on Friday, June 14th at 1:30 PM, until the memorial service at 3:00 PM. A similar service will be held in Naples at a date to be announced. Doris will be sorely missed but never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
