Obituary of Frances L. Cline
Frances L Cline, 55, of Jackson, passed away in the early morning of Friday, August 2, 2024 peacefully at home. She was born in Long Branch, grew up in Colts Neck and remained in the Shore Area throughout her life.
Fran dedicated more than 35 years of her life to human services. Starting her career in youth behavioral group homes then transitioning to adults with behavioral and medical needs in their residences. She worked for Benchmark Human Services for the last 13 years and was part of the original staff of the company’s Monmouth County operations. She managed their 6 residential locations and day center while always remaining an advocate for the proper care for her clients at any time.
Her caring for the disabled carried over into her personal life where she coached Special Olympic volleyball and track teams.
Frances was predeceased by her husband Glen Cline; her father Albert J. Drozdowski and mother Theresa A. Drozdowski. She is survived by her brothers Albert Drozdowski, Robert Swarner and Vernon Swarner and her beloved faithful dog Sox along with 5 nephews and one niece.
Friends and family are invited to visit on Tuesday, August 6th, from 4:00PM to 8:00PM and Wednesday, August 7th, from 9:30AM to 11:00AM at Freeman Funeral Home 47 E. Main St., Freehold.
