Obituary of Anna J. Jacobs

Anna J. Jacobs, 86, of Manalapan, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Centra State Medical Center. Anna was born in The Bronx, New York and moved to New Jersey 58 years ago. She worked as a school bus driver for 25 years for Marlboro Township and retired in 2006 so that she could watch her grandson.  Anna loved knitting, crotchet, word searches, bingo and bowling.

Anna was predeceased by her parents John and Sophie; loving husband of 62 years George Jacobs, Jr; son Robert Jacobs and brother John Friest, Jr.  She is survived by her daughters MaryAnn Jacobs (Tom Kipila) and Erika Jacobs; brother Steven Slawinski and grandson Thomas George Kipila, Jr.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Tuesday, July 16^th , from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North.  A funeral service will be held at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home on Tuesday at 5:00 PM.
