Obituary of Carol Jane Baron-Michele

Carol Jane Baron-Michele, 85, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Mattison Crossing in Freehold Borough, NJ.  She was born in Jersey City, NJ and grew up in West New York.  She was a graduate of the New York Foundling Hospital and retired as a Librarian for Lacey Branch Ocean County Library in Forked River, NJ for over 25 years.  She was always the life of the party and dressed up for every holiday.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Anna and Joseph; her siblings, Grace, Gloria, Joseph, and Frances; her loving husband, Vincent Michele, and dog Olivia who she adored.  She is survived by 15 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 23, 2024 at 10:30am at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church in Freehold, NJ.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, NJ.  In lieu of flowers the family would like donations be made to St.Jude Childrens Hospital or the ASPCA.
