We knew Lucy and Cody from walking our dog Finley. She was welcoming when we first moved to Encore and always had a kind hello. Finley loved her and would know her from a block away. As he pulled the lead, Lucy called his name and was always happy to see him. She will be missed. Gloria & Dan Dempsey (& Finley)
