Obituary of Carl J Tronco

Carl J. Tronco, of Manalapan, NJ passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the age of 73.    After several months of declining health, Carl died peacefully with his beloved wife Maryann and their children by his side.

Carl was born in Jersey City, NJ, on July 28^th, 1949, to Charles and Doreen Tronco.  He was an enthusiastic student and talented football player at Queen of Peace High School.  He attended Saint Peter University where he received his Master of Sciences in Accountancy.   Carl worked for Chiquita Brands before taking a role as CEO at John Guest International. 

Carl was a great and loving husband, father, teacher, and role model who always gave himself to his family and friends.   His charismatic, fun-loving personality touched many people’s lives personally and professionally.

Carl is survived by his loving wife Maryann and two children Jason and Nicole, daughter-in-law Maryam, grandchildren, Ryan and Ember Tronco, his sister Charleen and her husband Lee Matrachia, and sister-in-law Carol Tronco.  Carl was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Doreen and brother David.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ  07726. 

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 10:00am at St. Thomas More R.C. Church in Manalapan, NJ. 

Interment will follow at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery in Marlboro, NJ.
