We traveled a very long road as godmother and goddaughter. We saw AC before it was a gambling city! We explored the N train on a regular Saturday voyage to Coney Island. We ambled all over Saks Fifth Avenue. You were, as I told you so often, my role model. You went against so many mores of our Italian background culture. You were a strong, independent woman who paved her own way and earned the admiration of your family and friends and especially of one very impressionable young girl—me! We had so many endearing times and we shared very low points in life. You will be terribly missed but the memories will sustain me forever. You earned your rest…now mingle with the rest of the family that paved your way. And hopefully you will find a strong tic-tac-toe player up there! All my love always. Linda and Alex and Steve
