Stephen and I shared a bond in our younger years. We had the same birthday. We were good friend in our youth in Bensonhurst and then again in Staten Island. We lived next door to each other in both boroughs. Stephen was always a kind and gentle person. We created great childhood memories that I look fondly upon to this day. May you rest in peace.
May God bless your family and give them comfort during this difficult time.

I was so heartbroken to hear the news of Stephen's passing. He was a wonderful and gentle soul who our family had the pleasure of knowing his whole life. May he rest in peace with his parents. Condolences to his family.

Stephen it is with a very heavy heart that I write this. Although I only just started working at Mogil in April when I met you, which wasn't that long ago, you made a very BIG impression on me. I remember the first day I met you, you were nothing but genuinely kind, caring (making sure I had everything I needed), with a fun personality. So full of life, and very friendly. I could immediately tell what a great person you were, and really looked forward to developing our business relationship and having it grow.
It wasn't shortly after I started at Mogil, that you unfortunately got ill, and I never saw you again after that. Even though I do not have the memories, or the long-time relationship with you that my colleagues have, I can tell you I will miss you "very much" and pray you are now at peace. God called you home "too" soon. All my thoughts, prayers, and love go out to your wife, children, and family - that God may be with them during this difficult time. God bless you Stephen, may you rest in peace! <3 Joan Mullins

I remember when I first met Steve and a little kid back in the 80’s . I lived just a few blocks from him our block use to play his block in Roller Hockey, my first encounter with Steve was him playing goalie and he would wear a couch pillow from his house as his chest protector. Lol it was so funny. During high school Steve, James and myself had gym class together and Steve had a pair of gym shorts that he would wear all year long and James and I named them “those shorts”. I moved away after my Junior year of high school and every time I came back to visit Steve was always there to drive me around or let me hang out in his house. We would sit in his basement and watch this old Motley Crue VHS over and over. It never got old. Steve was the guy that turned me on to Motley. I still have a copy of the video and although I no longer have a way to watch it, it’s value to me just became priceless. Every time I look at I’ll always remember my friend Steve. Although I have not seen you in a while you will always be a friend to me. Kindness is so hard to find but Steve was 1 in a million. My heart and condolences go out to his wife, kids and sister. Rest in peace my friend I’ll see you again drinking beers on a rock in heaven.
