Obituary of Josephine Sahyoun

Josephine Sahyoun, 90, of Monroe, peacefully passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lebanon, she has resided in Monroe for the past 18 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Antonios Mikhael in 2011. She is survived by her 10 children and their spouses, Charles and Laura Sahyoun, Robert and Georgette Sahyoun, Jack and Lydia Sahyoun, Gabriel and Emily Sahyoun, Joseph and Susan Schrader-Sawyer, Therese Saade, Marie Sahyoun, Antoinette and Louis Sahyoun, Maguy and Tony Prnjak and Jacqueline and Broheim Chaya; 22 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to visit on Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, at 9:30 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Church, Monroe. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, East Brunswick.
