Obituary of Joan Micciulli

Joan Micciulli, 76, of Manalapan, passed away on January 20, 2015 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Brooklyn, she lived on Staten Island before moving to Manalapan 15 years ago. Joan was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by her family and many friends. She devoted herself to her family and always enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City.
She was predeceased by her son, William who died September 11, 2001. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William; her two daugthers and sons-in-law, Joanne and Eric Los Kamp and Andrea and Michael Madonna; two sisters, Rosemarie Carmellino and Virginia McAteer; daughter-in-law, Colleen Micciulli-Foley; and five grandchildren, Michael, Jacqueline, Eric, Emily and Sara.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Entombment will follow at St. Gabriel's Mausoleum, Marlboro.
