Obituary of Robert August Riegert jr

Robert August Riegert Jr., 59, of Coventry, RI, passed away on January 17, 2015 at Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born and raised in Newark, he lived in Manalapan then moved to Gainesville, FL before moving to Rhode Island 18 years ago. He was a communicant of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Warwick, RI. He was predeceased by his mother, Gloria and his brother, Glenn. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Susan; his beloved son, Robert III of Santa Monica, CA; his father, Robert Sr. of Freehold; and three siblings, Todd of Ocean City, Kevin of Toms River and Lorrie of Manalapan. Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, Jan. 23, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
