Obituary of Steven Charles Cioffi

Steven Charles Cioffi, 59, of Marlboro passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.  He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a longtime resident of Freehold and Marlboro. Steven attended St. John Vianney High School and Franklin Pierce College, New Hampshire. He along with his brothers are 3^rd generation business owners of Cioffi Truck Leasing.  Steven enjoyed entertaining his family and friends whom he loved very much. He loved sports especially the Rangers, Jets and Mets, attending Tiffany’s soccer games, Austin’s football and baseball games, movies, traveling and time spent at the beach. Steven was known to be very funny and always made everyone laugh. He also enjoyed horse racing and owned thoroughbreds throughout his life. Steven had a special bond with his brothers who were also his best friends.

He was predeceased by his father, Charles Cioffi.  Steven is survived by his mother, Rosemary Cioffi; daughter, Tiffany and her fiancé Alex Brancale; son Austin; brothers, Paul (Sandy) and Jamie; former Spouse Caroline Nigro; nieces Jade and Skylar Cioffi and his grand dog Ziggy.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday April 1, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Freeman Funeral Home 47 E. Main St. Freehold. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 12pm Saturday April 2, 2022 at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Interment to follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
