Obituary of Barbara F Beal

Barbara F. Beal, 82, of Morganville, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.  She was born in Perth Amboy, NJ and resided in Freehold Township before moving to Morganville, NJ.  Prior to her retirement, she worked as an administrative assistant for McDonalds in Freehold and then as a bus aid for Manalapan-Englishtown School District.  Barbara loved her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed bowling and playing softball. 

She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Frances Polichak and her grandson, Randy Curley Jr. “JR”.  Barbara is survived by her husband Joseph; son and daughter-in-law Joseph “Mickey” and Mary of Millstone; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Randy Curley of Freehold; daughter and son-in-law Cheri and Joseph Salfelder of Pleasant Valley, NY; son and daughter-in-law Thomas and Shanna of Lanoka; a brother Teddy Polichak of Cheesequake.  Barbara is also survived by her seven grandchildren:  Meagan Beal, Kyle J. Curley, Rachel J. Curley, Alyssa Salfelder, Sami Salfelder, Erik Beal and Lyndsi Beal.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 3:00 – 7:00pm at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ  07728.  A funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 11:00am at the Freeman Funeral Home.  Interment to follow at Old Tennent Cemetery in Manalapan, NJ.
