Obituary of Helio Gonzalez-Adame

Helio Gonzalez-Adame, 84, of Marlboro, NJ passed away at home on February 24, 2021.   He was born in Madera, Mexico and emigrated to the United States to study.  Here, he married Diane Teresa Roma and built an award-winning career as an advertising executive in New York City. Helio built a home with his family in Marlboro and served in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Freehold for the past 50 years. 

He was predeceased by his wife in 2019, daughters Gina in 1986 and Nicole in 2000.  Helio is survived by his son, Ian and his brother, Ramón.  

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 2nd, from 7pm to 9pm at the Freeman Funeral Home located at 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A second visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 136 Wemrock Road, Freehold.   The viewing is from 10am to 12pm, with the funeral service starting at 11am.
