Obituary of Richard C LaTorraca

Richard LaTorraca, 65, of Morganville, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel.  Richard was born in Newark, New Jersey and resided in Old Bridge before moving to Morganville in 1990.  Richard was a star athlete in his younger years playing defensive tackle for Madison Central High School where he was named All State, All Conference, and All Country and received a football scholarship to Oklahoma State University.  He loved all genres of music and was most happy singing and playing his bass guitar and spending time with his family. 

He was predeceased by his father, Joseph and is survived by his mother, Dolores; his sister Noreen; two brothers, Joseph and Carl; his partner, William Oriole; and was a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews.
