My deep and heartfelt memories of Paula include her beautiful and warm inviting smile. I met Paula while 1 year ahead of my brother and 2 years ahead of Paula at NYU where they met and quickly became a couple. I would often run into them at the student center where she won me over with her infection good nature and obvious love and devotion to my brother Richard. Her first entrance into the Ricciardi family function was in fact my college graduation which she attended in 1979. Rich would often talk to me about Paula as he got ready for his trek to Yonkers to take her out on their Saturday night dates. His tenacity and her warm and loving nature soon won the Ricciardi’s over. I also remember Paulas generous nature and how she enjoyed sharing her good fortune with others. She hosted numerous family functions - always gracefully and accepting of all who came to her home. Her love and life will be carried in my heart forever ..I love you Paula❤️

It is with sincerest heartfelt sympathy we share our sadness over the loss of a very special person with her parents, Richie, his children and family. From the moment we met Paula she exuded the warmth and charisma of a kind spirit, and in the briefest of times our lives crossed, we felt her graciousness. She was a blessing to our whole family. Our prayers are with all of you. Hugs, Rosemary and Mitch

Good night my sweet love. Rest easy and watch over us from above. There was so much love for you during these past few days, you would be proud. The theme was about how your smile and generosity, as well as your calming tone, made everyone else forget their troubles. You touched so many people in a positive way. I love you to the moon and back and I will see you soon on the other side. Say hello to my dad and to Rosie.

My memories of Paula will always be cherished ones. Her kind heart was evidenced early on when she always reached out to me during some tough times in my life, including me almost every weekend in Rich and her get togethers, BBQ's etc. She made me feel important to her and the family; always with a smile on her face , generous of spirit and resources. She was the perfect complement to my brother Rich as she was low key, easy going, light hearted, and didn't sweat the small stuff. She accepted my Jim into the family with love and kindness, always asking him about his family. She had a way of making everyone feel special. Paula graciously hosted many family holiday get togethers and though exhausting (we always were a large and loud crowd) she never complained and mastered the "art" of dealing with the Ricciardis'-no easy feat. I know Paula over 35 years and she was a sister to me in so many ways. My heart breaks for my brother and Liz, Christina and Richie and her parents (losing a child is devastating) and all those who love her. I miss you and always will..the only consolation we have is you are at peace and providing some entertainment to your fellow Saints in heaven.
we love you Vera and Jim

Our sincere condolences to the Riccardi family. We’ve only met a short time ago when our sons were attending Alvernia playing baseball, but a lot of good times will forever be in our memories. Paula is gone way too soon leaving a void in all your lives. Prayers to all of you. God Bless, may she RIP.

One of our fondest memories of Paula was her leading the Nitro Moms in the song "Take Me Out to the Ballgame,"captured in a video presented to the team manager, husband Rich, and the coaches some years back. She was beaming from head to toe, with her great big, infectious smile. You will truly be missed. Rest in peace. Stacey and Al Drucker
