*Marge Flock was a delightful person,always smiling and upbeat.
I will always recall her and Bill's hospitality toward us , the newcomers in town. Her asparagus quiche was rich and tasty. I still have the recipe she gave me, and make it often.
She taught me how to sort green mountain potatoes in the barn. I must confess the sorting made me seasick, the potatoes were jumping up and down on the rollers.
I wanted to learn about farm life, she was patient and kind and helped me a great deal.
She was a wonderful musician, we both loved playing the piano, she was much better then me.
Will miss her riding up and down Flock Road on her bicycle.
With your smile and kindness you made Colts Neck a better place.
We will miss you Marge.
