We are saddened to announce the unexpected death of Robert Carucci on April 4, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on 9/25/50 to Anthony and Rita Carucci (both deceased).He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Wendy, their daughter Jamie; his sister Karen (Eddy) Kelleher, brother Gary (Liz), nieces Lisa (James) Rosso, their children Evan and Brielle; and Jennifer (Sean) Guenther and their daughter Jordyn and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Robert, known as Cookie, spent many years at Singer Equipment Company designing and building industrial kitchens. He was also an avid hockey player and fan, playing in several year-round leagues. He recently developed a passion for pickleball and was on the court as often as possible.He worked hard and he played hard right to the end. Family and friends will always remember his fabulous 4th 0f July parties and the Hockey Parties, both annual events, where friends and family gathered for fun, fantastic food and fellowship.

Due to the Corona virus restrictions, there was a small private funeral Mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Old Bridge, NJ. Entombment followed at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, in St. John's Mausoleum, 549 Route 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746. A public memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

Funeral arrangements were under the care of Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home.
