Obituary of Ramona Hernandez

Ramona Hernandez, 94, of Freehold Borough passed away on Wednesday,  April 1, 2020.  She was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and came to New Jersey in 1951 and eventually settled in Freehold Borough.   Ramona assembled cutlery for Washington Forge in Englishtown, NJ before retiring.

She was predeceased by her husband Gaudencio in 2013; daughter Josephine in 1962; brothers Dolores Rodriguez, Manuel and Sixto Ramirez; and son-in-law Gary in 2016.    Ramona is survived by her daughter Migdalia Viole; siblings Paula and Carmelo Gracia;  granddaughters Julianne Cantore (Michael) & Jacqueline Puzo;  step-grandchildren Maria Glasson & Elizabeth Kubanik; compassionate care giver for the last 11 years and niece Joyce Garcia; great-grandchildren Chiara Cantore; step-great-grandchildren:  A.J, Lily, James Glasson & Charlie and Amelia Kubanik.
