Obituary of Walter H Lieberman
Walter H Lieberman, 86, of Jackson, passed away on February 26, 2020, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he moved to Manalapan in 1966 and then to Jackson in 1996. Mr. Lieberman attended City University of New York, and worked as a mechanical engineer designing power plants for PSE&G for 29 years before retiring and creating the comic "This Golden Age" which featured the joys and challenges of the senior years. Walter was predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years Anita Penny. He is survived by his daughters Sharon Dauber and her husband Michael Dauber; Stacey Combs-Sama and her husband Andrew Sama; his granddaughters Gina Dauber, Jessica Dauber and Samantha Schaefer; his younger brother Seymour "Sy" Lieberman and his partner Linda Forsberg; and his younger sister Phyllis Angora and her husband the late Mario Angora.
A cryptside service will be held at Mount Sinai at Marlboro Cemetery on Sunday March 1st at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow.
