Obituary of Nicholas Mannella

Nicholas Mannella, 47, of Manalapan, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020, at home. Nicholas was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Staten Island in Manalapan for two years. He was a graduate of New Dorp High School, Staten Island, New York.  Nicholas was employed as a deli assistant for the Saker Shop-Rites, Freehold.  He was an avid reader and a huge Yankees fan.  Nicholas celebrated being a born-again Christian.   He had a special place in his heart for animals and dearly loved his family. 

Nicholas was predeceased by his mother Angela . He is survived by his father Francesco; sisters Roseanne and her husband Richard, Claudia and her husband Chris; nieces and nephews Mathew, Nicole, Julian and Nicholas; and partner Janice Schreck.                                                      .

Friends and family are invited to visit on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Freeman Manalapan - Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North.  A funeral service will be held at Freeman Manalapan - Marlboro Funeral Home on Friday January 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
