Obituary of William Schwartzmann

William Schwartzman, 82, of Freehold passed away Saturday, August 17th at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold Township.  Born in Newark, he was a bus driver for NJ Transit based out of Howell, NJ.

He was predeceased by his parents Lola and John; and wife, Carole; sister Lorraine; brothers Robert, Richard and Adam.  William is survived by his daughter, Nancy of East Brunswick; four sons, William and his wife Elise of Spotswood; Russell of East Brunswick; Dennis of Spotswood; Gary of Freehold; sister Eleanor of Franklin Park; grandchildren Brandi, Christofer, Daniel and Jessica and great-grand daughter Julianna. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 21, 2019 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Freeman Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 10am.  Interment will follow at St. Gertrudes’s Cemetery in Colonia.  Friends and family may leave condolences and find directions on our website at www.freemanfuneralhomes.com
