Obituary of Rafilina D'Amico

Rafilina D’Amico, 84, of Manalapan passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019.  Born in Newark, NJ, Rafilina had been a resident of Manalapan for 20 years.  She was a bookkeeper for 40 years for Neil Sullivan Associates in Orange, NJ.

Rafilina was predeceased by her parents Pasquale and Rose; as well as her siblings, Florence, Rose, Stella, Nathan, Ann, Al & Helen; and her grandson, Christopher D’Amico.  She is survived by her children Denise & Rocky Flammia, Michael & Amy DiNorscio, and Christopher & Laura D’Amico; sister Carmela Gaglioti and brother Thomas D'Amore; and her grandchildren Mandie White (Evan), Rocco Flammia III (Lindsay), Corie Murphy (James) , Dino Flammia (Nikki), Sherie Flammia, Megan Bittar (Allan), Natalie DiNorscio, Michael DiNorscio, Vianna D'Amico, and Dean D'Amico; as well as her great grandchildren, Casey, Evan, Jake, Aiden, Lexi, Rocco, Leo, Sienna, Sebastian, Emmy & Benjamin.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. There will be a funeral liturgy on Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan; followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
