Obituary of Anthony J. Leopardi

Anthony J. Leopardi, of Freehold passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on June 21, 2019. Anthony was raised in Trenton, NJ before moving to Freehold. He was the owner of M&L Auto Body in Trenton, NJ before retiring in 2013. Mr. Leopardi was a graduate of Cathedral High School and attended the meteorological program at Princeton University. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing the most. Mr. Leopardi was member of the Italian American Society, 2^nd generation member of the Trenton Roman Hall Society and The Lions Club. 

Anthony was predeceased by his parents Albert and Cecelia Leopardi as well as his brother, Richard Leopardi. Surviving are his wife Jean Ann, his daughter and son in law Tracy and Timothy Wieczerzak, his daughter Lynn Marie Leopardi, grandchildren Maggie and Madilyn Wieczerzak, his sister Cecelia Leopardi Besu of Florida and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 E Main Street, Freehold on Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. There will be a funeral liturgy on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold followed by interment in St. Rose of Lima cemetery.
