Mrs Tarpey was our mother's best friend. A terrific conversationalist and even a better listener. A beautiful woman inside and out. All our love to the Tarpey family.
I wish I had told you how much I loved talking to you and how much I loved your laugh. I will miss you very much. I absolutely loved those years when we would meet outside at 6:30 am and walk for half an hour gabbing the whole time, not minding the weather at all and how excited we got when we saw a deer.
My deepest sympathy... your family has suffered a terrible loss but so has the world! Delores was a beautiful soul who touched so many... my memories will always be of her special laugh! May she Rest In Peace!
