Stephanie F. Shiner, 68, of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in New York City, she lived in Howell and Freehold before moving to Jackson. Stephanie was an office manager for the Eye Exam Group in East Brunswick before retiring in 2009. One of her favorite past times was driving to the beach in her SLK convertible and walking with her husband.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Warren; her daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Darren Gelber of Manalapan; her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Stacey Shiner of Marlboro; four grandchildren, Lindsay, Mackenzie, Owen and Emma; and her cat, checkers.
Interment will be private. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th, at 2:00 PM at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.
