Obituary of Kenneth Patrick Mattson

Kenneth P. Mattson, 53, of Pleasant Mount, PA, formerly of Freehold, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. Born in the Bronx, NY, he lived in Freehold most of his life, moving to Pleasant Mount five years ago. He worked for Garden State Heating, Freehold for many years. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Marion Mattson. He is survived by his son, Thomas "TJ" of Freehold; his sister and brother in law, Linda and Paul Gorbe of Jackson; three nieces, Michele, Cheryl and Eileen; and many cousins. Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday, July 9th, from 4 to 8 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 AM on Tuesday, July 10th. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
