Obituary of Joan Eleanor Furedy

Joan E. Furedy, 88, of Monroe Township, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at Cranbury Center, Monroe Township. Born in Amsterdam, NY, she lived most of her life in Freehold Township. Joan was an assistant at the Freehold Pharmacy in Freehold for over 30 years before retiring. She loved the beach and spent many happy summers going to Manasquan. She was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Lavina Furedy, and is survived by several cousins. Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, Oct. 4th, from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold.
