Irene was a very talented person and a very good cook. While dating her daughter, every Sunday morning Mom would make fried meatballs which I became addicted to immediately. So for the next 35 years my running joke with Mom was "If it wasn't for your meatballs I would never have married your daughter", I will be forever blessed to have had her in my life. Rick
