Obituary of Cecelia Holland

Cecelia Holland, 76, of Freehold, passed away on July 14, 2018 at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. She was born in New York City, and has been a resident of Freehold for 22 years. Her favorite past times included traveling to Atlantic City, fine dining, and spending time with her loving family Prior to her retirement, Cecelia was the Office Manager for St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center Nursing School. She was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church. Cecelia was predeceased by her husband Richard in 1996; and her parents Joseph & Stella Urban. She is survived by her sons Richard of Newark, Delaware and Russell of Freehold; her brother Joseph Urban of Brooklyn, NY; brother and sister in law, Robert & Patricia Holland of Williamsburg, VA; her lifelong friend, Joan MacDonald of Tucson, AZ; beloved cousin, Eileen Giordano of Queens, NY; nieces Diane Devorin of Bethany Beach, Delaware; Susan Fradin of New York City, Carol Mould of Toms River; and many other loving nieces, nephew, and cousins Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, July 20 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM, at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 E Main St, Freehold, followed by a funeral liturgy at 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
