Obituary of Charlotte Zaleski

Charlotte Zaleski, 92, of Manalapan, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at The Manor, Freehold . Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she grew up in Poland before moving to Long Island where she lived for 40 years until moving to NJ to live with her family in Manalapan. She was a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan. Charlotte enjoyed polish cooking as well as gardening and sewing. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of The Manor for their kindness and care. She was predeceased by her husband, John Zaleski in 1991, and her parents, Charles and Carolina Tyszka. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennie and John Flanagan of Manalapan; and two grandsons, Sean and Patrick Flanagan. Friends are invited to visit on Friday, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, at 11:30 AM, at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Freehold.
