Obituary of George Z Fersko

George Z. Fersko, 95, of Marlboro, passed away on May 3, 2018 at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. Born in Brooklyn, he resided there until moving to Marlboro 20 years ago. He was a proud WWII U.S. Army Air Force veteran. George owned and managed EveryReady Furniture, Brooklyn before retiring. He was predeceased by his wife, Renee Rose in 2008. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Howard and Laura of Merrick, NY, Susan and Ron Cohen of Marlboro, and Nina and Lonnie Gross of Manalapan; 6 grandchildren; Shannon, Melanie, Ashley, Chase, Erik and Neil and three great grandchildren, Zoey, Miles and Pia. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, 5/6 at 10 AM at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. Interment will follow at New Montefiore Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
