Obituary of Elayne Amato

Elayne Amato, 58, of Freehold Township, died Saturday, December 1, 2012, at The Manor, Freehold. Born in Jersey City, she had resided in Old Bridge for 20 years prior to moving to Freehold four years ago. She was predeceased by her grandson Joey Amato . Elayne is survived by her loving husband Thomas of 39 years, her three sons and two daughters-in-law; Michael and his wife Samantha, Tommy and his wife Jennifer and Kevin; two brothers and two sisters-in-law, Bruce and Doreen Gesslein and Greg and Cheryl Gesslein; her sister, Gloria Gesslein; and seven grandchildren. Family and friends may visit on Sunday, December 2nd, from 2 to 6 PM, at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, December 3rd , at 10 AM, at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
