Obituary of Barbara Moorefield

Barbara Jean Tillman Moorefield, 82, died January 16, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey and was the daughter of the late Cecil Hopson Tillman and Evelyn Little Tillman. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Charles Frank Moorefield; her son, Thomas Edward Moorefield and his wife Corinne Moorefield; her daughter, Carollee Moorefield and her partner Paul Colte; her daughter Tracy Christine Baran and husband Jeffrey Joseph Baran, her seven grandchildren, Charles Michael (Chas) Szarawarski and his partner Gina Miraglia, Nicholas Bruno Szarawarski, Kienan Bryant Moorefield, Kaitlin Elizabeth Moorefield, Connor Thomas Moorefield, Jonathan Jerome Baran, Christopher Thomas Baran, two great-grandchildren, Dillon Charles Szarawarski, Carter John Szarawarski, six brothers and sisters, Edward Tillman, Judith Gibson, John (Pee Wee) Tillman, Nancy Stott, Linda Musolf, Pamela Valentine, and Holly Werner, and was predeceased by her brother Harold Tillman. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, January 19 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 E. Main Street, Freehold. There will be a funeral service on Saturday at 10:00 am at Old Tennent Church, followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery.
