Frances Monroe, 72 of Toms River, NJ, passed away on June 16, 2017 at home. She resided most of her life in Freehold, NJ before moving to Toms River in 2001. She worked for many years at Watson-Guptill/ Billboard Publications in Lakewood, NJ.
She was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Helen Robinson; father and mother in-law, Irving and Josie Cecelia Monroe and brothers, Stuart and Leonard Robinson. Surviving is her loving husband, Darius Monroe of Toms River; sister, Mary Diaz of Freehold; son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Alice Robinson of Toms River; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dean Monroe of Queens, NY, Wayne Monroe and William McDaniel of Waverly, OH, Lawrence and Melanie Monroe of Gahanna, OH, Dorian Monroe of Tinton Falls and Shannon Monroe of San Diego, CA; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 2pm to 6pm at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728.
