Obituary of Marvin H. Weaver

Marvin H. (Mike) Weaver, 84, of Manalapan, passed away at Madison Health Care Center, Matawan on January 11th, 2017. He was born and raised in South River and resided in South Amboy for 40 years before moving to Toms River. Mike was employed by Hercules Powder, Parlin and Union Carbide Corp. of Keasby. He loved his family and friends who knew him affectionately as 'Bampy'. Mike liked horseracing, Giants football and especially Pinochle. Mike was predeceased by his granddaughter Chelsea Farrell and step grandson Staff Sergeant Tony Wojciechowski. He leaves his wife Margaret of 63 years; daughter Dawn and son in law Mark Wojciechowski of Manalapan; granddaughter Courtney Farrell and great granddaughter Gabrielle St. Amour of Sayreville. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, January 14, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 4:30 pm. The Weaver family would like to extend their thanks' to the Madison Center for their excellent care and support.
