Obituary of Michael Cable

Michael B. Cable, 67, of Freehold, passed away on October 25, 2016, at home. Born in Waynesville, North Carolina, he resided in Freehold for the past 30 years. Michael was a senior principal scientist for the Schering Research Institute before retiring in 2004. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Jane; son Seth and wife Summer; daughter Mary; Mother Dorothy Cable; sisters Peggy McClure and husband Ken; Polly Wright and husband Bob; brother Joseph and his wife Linda; and grandchildren Hazel, Tommy, and Ben. Calling hours are Friday, October 28th, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. The funeral service will be at the funeral home at 6:00 pm.
