Obituary of William J. Moore sr

William Moore Sr., 86, of Freehold, passed away on Tuesday, August 23th, 2016. Born in Colwyn, Pennsylvania he resided in Freehold for almost the past 40 years. William was employed as field supervisor for RCA before retiring. He was a Korean War veteran and leader of for the Freehold Boy Scouts. William was passionate about Lionel trains and spending time with his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Joan. William is survived by his son William Jr.; daughter Leah Zenga and her husband Troy; grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony and Kristina. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, August 30th from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Entombment is follow.
