I will surely my friend Ralph. He was such a good man, the love of his family, his fur babies & his country. All my prayers & love go out to all of Ralph's family. God Bless Ralph for all eternity.

I'm saddened to hear of Ralph's passing. I remember Rocky fondly from high school. What a great guy. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal"

So very sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. A very nice person from my 1968 graduating class of River Dell High School, Oradell, NJ. My deepest sympathy to the family. Rest in Peace and thank you for your service to our country.

So so sad to hear.... he was my little league catcher and remember fondly all the years he ran Summer Playground at the elementary school... the guy could throw a dodgeball harder than anyone I knew at the time.
I rehooked up with Ralph on Facebook about 7 yrs ago..... disagreed with nearly everything we bantered about re: politics, but never once got angry with each other or 'battled'.... Ralph just seemed to have the sweetest disposition and was able to separate out his feelings for a person from their viewpoints.... his big heart extended to dogs and the military....
One truly special, kind and caring human who we will all miss greatly. Rest peacefully Ralph.... you touched many lives, you big 'ol jovial teddy bear you.

I am a River Dell HS classmate and have not seen Ralph since graduation. We became Facebook friends a few years ago - his son was in boot camp in San Diego when my son-in-law was a drill instructor there, although they never met. Ralph could be relied upon to remember all sorts of details from our HS days that I had completely forgotten and it always brought a smile. He will be very much missed. My condolences to his family on their loss.

I am a River Dell & FB friend of Ralph's. I probably thought more about him the night before he died than in decades. The thought of him putting his dog to rest, brought up all those feelings I went through when we put our dog to sleep. When I got up in the morning I was going to inquire how he was doing & commiserate and was shocked to read of Ralph's death. My thoughts and prayers are with you and you should gain comfort that he died respected and will be remembered by those that knew him.
